Series
Room-temperature slow cure
Longer open time, denser film
The same ambient-moisture chemistry as the fast-cure series, with a longer working time and a denser crosslinked film. Choose these when the part is handled, packed or assembled after coating and a longer open time matters more than speed.
Grades in this series
| Grade | Viscosity | Pencil hardness | Contact angle | Heat resistance | Ceramizable |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SF-SC002 | 15–55 cSt @ 25 °C | 7–8H | 95–101° | < 500 °C continuous in air | Not stated |
| SF-SC150 | 35–55 cSt @ 25 °C | 6H | 107° | < 500 °C continuous in air | Not stated |
All figures measured on 304 stainless steel, spin-coated to a 4 µm film and air dried.
How to choose inside this series
Take the fast-cure series when the line is the constraint and the slow series when the film has to survive handling a day later.
