With every batch

A certificate of analysis. The parameters reported depend on the grade; ask for the list that applies to the grade you are buying and it will be in the reply, not in a brochure.

The four facts behind every number

The figures on a grade page are only comparable when the substrate, the application method, the film thickness and the cure are stated. We publish those four with the data. Where a figure was measured on a different substrate than yours, treat it as an indication and qualify on your own part.

What we are still measuring

Salt spray and accelerated weathering on our own films, dielectric strength and volume resistivity, and flash point for each grade. Those rows are absent from the grade pages rather than estimated, and they will appear when the measurements exist.

Retained samples

A retained sample of each batch is kept so that a question six months later can be answered against the material that was actually shipped.
