Capacity
Roughly 5,000 tonnes a year. Production is scheduled to order rather than held as a catalogue of stock items, which is what makes a one-week delivery from 10 g to tonnes realistic.
Packaging
The material ships in 1 kg and 5 kg aluminium bottles, 25 L and 200 L polyethylene-lined steel drums, and bulk containers. The container matters: a polysilazane reacts with moisture, so the package is part of the specification rather than an afterthought.
Dispatch
EXW, FOB and CIF. Dangerous goods take about two weeks longer than the production time, because the packing certificate and the vessel booking cannot be compressed.
